Yoga Fit - Ashtanga Yoga:
A form of power yoga. It synchronizes movement with breath, building strength, flexibility, and balance. Most postures are held for only a few breaths before moving on to the next, building internal heat to cleans the body and focus the mind.
Cardio Mix:
A Mix of cardio including Step Aerobics, Cardio Machines, and Intervals.
2 the Max Cardio:
Max out your workout with a variety of cardio to burn your fat.
Pump & Cycle:
Pump up your muscles with 25 minutes of weight training, then we’ll pump your heart with a 30 minute road ride. (limited to 10 cyclists for RSVP)
Treading:
35 minutes of guided treadmill workout. Speed walking, hill climbs and some optional jogging. You’ve never felt so good. Awesome cardio for the entire body.
Spinning:
Everything from a sprint, distance triathlon to a leg of the Tour De France. Get serious about this cycling experience mapped out with indoor hills, fun speed intervals and enjoyable rides through our imagination. LIMIT 10 RIDERS

Cardio Ball:
Be prepared to sweat! Dare to hold on to the medicine ball this entire class. Strengthen arms, legs, and torso. Complete workout that defines and builds endurance. You’ll beg for more.
Triple Threat:
A combination of any 3 classes offered. You may get Body Wedge 21, Step, and Cardio Ball or Body Sculpt, Step, and Spinning. Changing it up will challenge your body and introduce/showcase our classes on a time slot and day that everyone can attend. Come ready to go beyond!
Body Sculpt:
This is a weight-training workout that strengthens, tones, and defines the entire body. Designed for all ages and fitness levels. This class uses barbells with adjustable weights. Get strong, look great and have lots of FUN doing it.
Body Wedge 21:
Look no further- time effective full body workout. Not just another prop, this is a tool that will provide results! Learn the most effective exercises using the unique angles of the Body Wedge 21. This is mentally and physically comfortable.
